This charming bed and breakfast is located just south of Northcliffe in Mill Town, within walking distance of the Northcliffe Workers Club which is open for dinner 7 days a week.
Your stay includes continental breakfast of freshly brewed teas and coffee, juice and artisanal breads and homemade jam. Cooked breakfasts and dinners can be provided by Pippa (a qualified chef) with prior notice.
PippinVale offers private rooms with comfy beds and a share bathroom in one of Mill Town’s cosy old timber mill workers cottages. Sit under the stars next to the fire pit in the garden, or beside the open fire in the living area.

Twin room with 2 king single beds (only available on Friday, Saturday nights and the night before a Monday public holiday i.e. the holiday is on Monday the room is available on Sunday night with a late checkout)

Accommodation and Supply Details
– The house is off-grid with the water supply from the river and rainwater tanks. And soon the power will be from the sun and wind so off-grid too.
– Towels, face cloths, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Hair dryer available.
– All beds are made up with electric blankets, cotton blankets, duck down and feather duvets with quality cotton sheets.
– All products used in the house are natural and environmentally friendly. We love our frogs and lizards.
– All goods are sourced locally as far as possible.
– Your toilet paper is purchased from the company ‘Who Gives a Crap’, who donate money to provide water pups and toilets in developing countries.
